Your Opportunity:

The Operations Associate will utilize various applications for Mutual Fund related activities through broker/dealers, the National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC), and multiple other trading platforms. Successful candidate will process requests with a primary emphasis on accuracy. Candidate will have continuous communications with Client Services and other support business partners. 3-5 years brokerage, transfer agent or trust operations experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast paced environment, both attention to detail and thinking in an unexpected way are a must. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively within a team environment.

What you are good at:

The operations specialist will utilize various applications for processing Mutual Fund related activities through broker/dealers and the NSCC. They will be responsible for pricing assets, supervising trade files, clearing trade rejects, submitting trades and other various operations duties as required. This individual will also be responsible for the processing of off-cycle and monthly mutual fund dividends.

What you have:

  • Previous trading/operations experience in the retirement industry is strongly preferred.
  • Above average communication skills that include communicating to external clients, management, and business partners.
  • Proven analytical skills that include the ability to research and resolve issues to completion.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Advanced excel skills strongly preferred.
  • The hours for this position will be 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Central Time.
