As a Talent Development Coordinator, you will play an important role in achieving this aspiration by ensuring our executive development programs, tools, and resources are operating effectively and positively impacting our Directors and above.
In this role you will manage the logistics of our executive development programs, including the day-to-day details of trainings, as well as our various learning tools and resources to ensure a high quality, seamless experience for our Executives. You will gain valuable experience and insights to the world of talent development while honing your ability to proactively solve problems and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.

How you will lead

  • Manage day-to-day logistics of learning programs (scheduling, materials, communications, sign-ups, attendance, etc.)
  • Offer a high-touch experience for all Executives participating in executive development programs
  • Partner with Procurement and Legal to complete the contracting process with vendors
  • Update and maintain talent development tools and resources
  • Create participant feedback surveys
  • Automate and improve existing processes
  • Own, update, and maintain content in our learning management system
