We inspire employees and customers with virtual, hybrid, and IRL experiences that galvanize our 9,000+ employees around key initiatives, utilizing best-in-class storytelling. This cross-functional, high-performing team serves as a center of excellence for the company and includes experts across experience design, strategic content, experiential learning, event production, experiential marketing, and more.
We are looking for a passionate Senior Experiential Event Manager to oversee the strategy and execution of a portfolio of our most critical customer facing and strategic internal events. This is a high-visibility role, enabling you to collaborate with all levels and groups across the organization, while also being hands-on in bringing every event to life. You will work with an incredible group of professionals who are passionate about creating impactful end to end experiences. This role reports to the Head of Events.

What you’ll bring

  • Seven (7) or more years’ experience in E2E experiential event management.
  • Deep program management expertise.
  • Proven expertise in leading complex, global programs, often with several (virtual) locations executing within a 24-hour time frame.
  • Strategic thinker and creative problem-solver, able to glean insights, develop a vision and bring it to life with actionable plans.
  • Comfortable developing and managing timelines, budgets, briefs, E2E project plans, etc.
  • Proven ability to drive collaborative teams to timely, data-driven, thoughtful decisions.
  • Ability to demonstrate how events align with and make an impact on Intuit’s key business drivers.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in a highly matrixed environment and influence outcomes at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to lead through influence at all levels of an org.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must thrive in an environment of rapid change, moving targets, limited resources and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Approx 10% travel (post-pandemic).

How you will lead

  • Strategic thought partnership and experiential visionary that drives innovative event experiences and programs end to end (E2E) on a global scale.
  • Lead collaborative teams to create and drive inspired E2E experiences that wow and engage our audiences, including concept, vision, communication strategies/registration, event tech, logistics, and budgeting. Works in partnership with a design lead and a content lead on each project.
  • Develop cross-functional timelines, detailed project plans, and thoughtfully planned workstreams; act as the single source of truth for all stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of each project.
  • Develop and foster stakeholder trust by initiating and nurturing strong cross-functional partnerships.
  • Drive communications plans to ensure flawless implementation of event operations with teammates, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Manage the operational strategy including project plans, experience design and execution, budget management, registration, and all other logistics – whether in the virtual world, or IRL when appropriate.
  • Effectively manage resources to deliver against competing event schedules. Identify and problem solve resourcing risks.
  • Optimize the event infrastructure by designing and strengthening operational, analytical, and financial processes.
  • Develop and own relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies and vendors to ensure best-in-class work is consistently delivered
  • Demonstrate measurable business impact based on the goals outlined for each experience. Translate post-event analytics and data into recommendations for best practices.
  • Stay ahead of the latest experiential innovations in the industry.
