Scheduler / Master Scheduler – URGENT NEED!

Summary:

Leads the overall scheduling effort to develop and update schedules for projects under the Pfizer Technology Transfer Program for active transfers associated with sterile drug product solutions. Ensures consistent, integrated reports between projects utilizing tools for efficiently reporting on schedule, resource status.

Responsibilities:

  • Attending monthly meetings with all Project Managers (PM) to review, verify, and update high level schedules for all projects.
  • Developing and updating specialized detailed schedules as requested by PMs. Working with contract manufacturing sites to fully integrate transfer schedules providing PMs visibility project status, risks, resource constraints.
  • Validating schedule data against expedition and exporting the information to the Project Center.
  • Providing guidance to PMs in the use of the scheduling tools and other software.
  • Supporting the generation of monthly progress reports at work team and program levels.
  • Developing resource analysis reports to support budget development and identification and mitigation for potential schedule risks. Schedule analysis and presentation of mitigation options for schedule slippage.
  • Providing representation to Pfizer Global Project Controls.
  • Interacting with various clients (internal and external).
  • Scheduler to build, mange, report status for multiple products, contract manufacturing site schedules in P6 or other appropriate software for handling complex schedules.
  • Provide metrics, earned value curves, stakeholder reports at work team, project manager, and program levels.
  • Remote based and actively working with teams based in Europe with varying time zones

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 8+ years of experience
  • Requires Pharma/Life Science based background and experience
  • Candidates MUST be flexible with work hours and primarily based in Eastern Time Zone
