About the role:

Provide general administrative support to a busy Human Resources department, specifically, the Total Rewards and HR Operations functions. While this role primarily supports the heads of both functions, general team support and inclusion on projects, both domestic and global, is expected. Role includes:

  • Coordinate, organize and/or lead tasks in support of HR programs and initiatives that could include general HR or employees.
  • Manage all billing and invoicing for the department, including maintaining approvals and tracking budgets.
  • Will be responsible for preparing various internal communications (videos, other technology) and/or PowerPoint presentations for both the team and a leadership or prep for external committees.
  • Participate in agenda development and support the coordination of Team Meetings, HR Town Halls, and other events.
  • Works with confidential information and under short time frames
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Gather and prepare data in preparation of HR initiatives and programs to include the creation of files/documents in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Perform general administrative duties which may include meeting management, travel arrangements, calendar management, and supply maintenance.
  • Answers functional questions from internal customers; viewed as a key functional resource.

Requirements

  • Associates degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1+ years human resources or recruitment experience required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Team player and willingness to learn
