Jupiter-Tequesta A/C, Plumbing & Electric provides plumbing and air conditioning services to customers in Broward, Palm Beach and Martin counties in Florida. It’s owned by a subsidiary of FPL Energy Services – a leader with more than 25 years of experience providing effective, comprehensive energy solutions.
Position Specific Description
This position directly supports the generator business.
- Scheduling maintenances and repairs
- Creating estimates for repairs, maintenance
- Keeping customers updated with repairs/maintenance
- Answer all emails in a timely manner
- Respond to all generator customer calls
- Go through technician’s jobs completed earlier that day or day before to ensure all follow up have been completed
- Checking monitoring dashboard to ensure all monitored generators are good to run
- If a generator is in alarm, coordinate a visit to resolve the issue
- Sending membership and monitoring renewals
- Keeping up to date with customer responses with monitoring renewals
Employees in this position maintain the electrical service technicians daily schedules and dispatch technicians as per automated scheduling software.
Under general supervision:
- Provides exceptional customer service while troubleshooting and scheduling customer visits
- Maintains customer database with current information
- Communicates clearly and concisely with customers, employees and managers
- Schedules and coordinates all service calls as received inclusive of rescheduling of appointments
- Sends work quotations and follow up with customers on pending quotations
- Coordinates completion and proper filing of necessary building permits
- Files incoming documents electronically
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
