What you’ll bring
- Establishes a unique vision for the future (generally at the BU or FG level) and generates broad support.
- Introduces new theory or ideas from within or outside Intuit to build Intuit’s toolset and expand thinking (e.g.: new development processes, methodology for improving customer contact).
- Continuously assesses and acts as the architect for their organization systems to create sustainable competitive success. Turns general/generic ideas into blueprints for organizational action.
- Coaches others to challenge the status quo, consider alternatives and make hard choices.
- Promotes constructive debate, voices opinions explicitly that help shape key decisions and fosters this behavior and mindset across the organization.
- Fosters an environment that learns from successes and mistakes, applies the learnings and makes the lessons relevant to others.
- Drives significant change across complex organizational boundaries in ways that minimizes resistance.
- Defines areas for improvement, and drives the change process using effective operating mechanisms and metrics.
- Ensures that their teams and cross-organizational teams have clear understanding of True North.

- Drives calibration of performance evaluations within their BU and FG consistent with the rest of Intuit.

- Consistently conducts leadership team and skip level reviews for a comprehensive understanding of VOE.
- Uses multiple channels to gather feedback, including individual, 360 and employee survey. Self-assesses, and personally learns and grows in the process.
How you will lead
- Generally provides direction to the development efforts for a BU/FG or complex programs that span organizations.
- Establishes three year plan and one-year operational plan.
- Requires in-depth knowledge of product development, business strategies, and the company goals.
- Detailed knowledge allows for innovative concepts and promoting new ideas.

- Works across functions and orgs to ensure that their outputs integrate with all other parts and delivers the desired outcomes to the customer
