The Customer Briefing Specialist manages operations at the New York Times Square Customer Experience Center.
This role is responsible for program outreach to drive awareness with targeted accounts, provides daily virtual briefing support and program related projects as needed.
Responsible for management and execution of operational and logistics requirements to support customer/partner briefings and sales/partner meetings at the New York Adobe Customer Experience Center.
This role is also responsible for managing the briefing facility and systems, as well as the operational duties supporting relationships essential to the briefing program including catering, security and facilities. This role is integral to the success of customer experiences at Adobe and the Customer Briefing Program, which is part of Adobe’s Executive Marketing organization.
Description:
Using existing briefing tools, best practices and program policies, this candidate will work independently to define priorities, respond to field requests, and execute successful logistical plans for customer visits. They must also proactively recognize and solve problems as well as refine processes in their areas of responsibility.
The role requires a strong attention to detail, a responsive sense of urgency as well as exceptional flexibility, time management, and prioritization skills. The candidate will support multiple meetings simultaneously while also managing facility and logistical projects and vendors.
Center operations will include reporting, purchasing and inventory. The candidate is also responsible for ensuring that the CEC facility, technology, and environment support high-quality customer and sales experiences that meet or exceed objectives.
Knowledge of Adobe products, discussion leaders and event management experience, as well as the ability to interact professionally with Adobe senior executives, sales teams, and customers from around the world will be required.
Knowledge of the New York hospitality industry and experience organizing business appropriate activities for customers is desirable.
This role will also support the broader Customer Briefing Program with weekly lead management, and a variety of program operations.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Experienced customer-focused, customer briefing professional with a full understanding of customer briefing best practices, policies and procedures
- Always demonstrate a high degree of professionalism (in dress, demeanor, attitude and communication)
- Self-starter who has ability to work independently and manage a diverse workload
- Familiarity in using a customer briefing database or application
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, visual)
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and handle multiple projects at once
- Commitment to supporting existing program, in support of customer satisfaction
- General computer skills required with knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Resourceful, collaborative
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
