Position Specific Description

In this role you would directly impact our goal of growing our renewable asset production. In this position you will be heavily involved with Development projects from beginning to end, to include exposure to cross functional teams across the NextEra Energy Resources organization. You will be given the opportunity to partner with leadership within Development, in order to be an active part of leading the charge in origination and business development efforts; directly impacting NextEra Energy’s bottom line. Beyond the requirements below, you will also be responsible for presenting your updates and findings to Development leadership, and also providing your thoughts and input on a daily basis to make for a collaborative and dynamic team. You will travel across our sites, and really be given the chance to dive into the process and progression of new and existing projects.
This job plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation to completion. Employees in this job provide technical direction on projects to the department or project team members.
- Plans, coordinates and completes projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines
- Maintains thorough knowledge of new developments and technology pertaining to the projects
- Monitors and recommends changes for improvement
