Interns will complete a summer placement as a key member of an information technology group.

Interns will leverage their MBA skills to explore new technologies and ideas, turn complex situations into strategic advances, and much more! The program is designed to ensure interns gain valuable industry and functional expertise. Interns will contribute to their teams through challenging assignments and collaborate with IT leaders and various stakeholders from across the organization.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Learn and obtain expertise in technical and non-technical domains
  • Build a network throughout the IT organization, including mentorship with IT leaders and current members from the IT Rotational Development Program (IT RDP)
  • Participate in events on key biopharma business and technology topics with senior leaders
  • Team building and networking events across the company and with interns from across various functions

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) graduating in Spring/Summer 2022
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant digital, technology, or other relevant industry experience
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for sponsorship for an employment visa now or in the future

  • Demonstrated leadership experience through any of the following: professional work, student organizations, professional organizations, and community involvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to organize and present ideas in a convincing and compelling manner to small or large audiences at multiple levels within the organization
