Following the successful completion of the first rotational assignment, the successful candidate will be placed in a second 10-12 month assignment outside of their home country. This role will further accelerate the participants’ skills through exposure to additional functional areas, continued leadership development training and partnership with peers and senior mentors, as well as delivering on projects in their new regions.
