3. User Roles and Responsibilities

Employers

  • Must have legal authority to post job opportunities
  • Must ensure job postings are accurate, lawful, and non-discriminatory
  • Are solely responsible for hiring decisions and compliance with employment laws

Candidates

  • Are responsible for the accuracy of resumes, profiles, and applications
  • Understand that Employers make independent hiring decisions

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to post, upload, share, or distribute any content that is:

  • Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
  • Defamatory, threatening, harassing, or abusive
  • Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene

Zero-Tolerance Enforcement

5. Social Media Content and Conduct

7. Intellectual Property

  • Users retain ownership of content they post but grant JobStyxx a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for platform operation.
